I handle your personal data in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data I collect and why

  • Contact Details & Communications (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, website, project details): Collected when you submit the contact form or email me. Legal basis: Performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, and your explicit consent.

  • Newsletter Subscription (email address): Collected only if you check the opt-in box. Legal basis: Your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • Technical & Usage Data: Automatically collected as you browse. Legal basis: Legitimate interest for basic essential functionality, and your explicit consent for non-essential analytical cookies (detailed in the Cookie Policy).

I do not sell your personal data, nor do I use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who I share it with

I only share data with trusted service providers who help me run the business, and only as far as needed:

  • Squarespace — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions.

  • Google (Workspace / Drive) — email administration, file storage, and client photo delivery.

  • MailChimp —  sending newsletters.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States. International transfers to these providers are safeguarded using the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

How long I keep it

  • Inquiries that do not become active projects: Retained for up to 12 months, then permanently deleted.

  • Client project & financial records: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual duties and satisfy Spanish tax, accounting, and legal requirements (generally up to 6 years under the Spanish Code of Commerce).

  • Newsletter subscriber data: Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you believe your personal data has been handled improperly under Spanish or EU law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency:
